Actively searching for Software Engineers & Computer Science professionals with 3-5 years of solidtechnical experience with application design, data analysis and business architecture, who have strong leadership skills and abilities to work with key functional and technical areas.

Responsibilities
- Leading varying levels of complexity sessions to analyze, diagnose, and resolve unpredictable and varied problems using diverse methods and tools.
- Delivering integrated business systems support to users by applying an expert understanding of the business issues and the impact of technology.
- Analyzing data to solve complex business issues.
- Supporting Agile team transformations and encouraging teams to adopt Agile values.
- Leading root cause analysis, change control, scope management efforts, and test planning using proven testing techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or IT
- 3-5 years of experience in a technology related field
- Project experience in delivering technology solutions in a team-based environment, ideally Agile development.
- Interest in the following areas: systems integration, business process management, financial analysis, marketing, supply chain, retail, or telecommunications.
- Knowledge of process re-engineering, system integration, requirement gathering, use case analysis, and user acceptance testing.
- Familiarity with several software delivery methodologies (Agile and/or waterfall).
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and governance tools and methodologies, including familiarity with SQL and query tools, and/or familiarity with reporting tools such as BusinessObjects, Tableau or others.
